BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying brings together the entrepreneurial skills of the property developer with the professional acumen of the modern-day quantity surveyor. The course will allow you to develop and in-depth understanding of the social, economic and technical issues at the heart of any construction project. Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), this course gives you a faster route to becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor after you graduate. The course is also accredited by the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) giving you eligibility for registration.
On this course you can:
- Visit sites and study locally based case studies that will introduce you to the professional markets and environments
- Attend and contribute to current debates by visiting guest speakers
- Get out of the classroom through on-site visits and an optional European study trip

BSc (Hons) Building Surveying provides you with the underpinning knowledge and skills you will need to be able to make recommendations on the construction, extension, repair and restoration of buildings. This BSc (Hons) Building Surveying degree course is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). It gives you the technical skills and hands-on experience to perform this pivotal role and is the first step towards becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor.
