Orientation

Congratulations on your unconditional offer and deciding to join ICP.  We are so excited for you to join us and the ICP family cannot wait to meet you!

Orientation is your introduction to ICP, the city and studying at Higher Education level.

What will happen at Orientation?

Before your lessons start

Check in - if you have booked accommodation with ICP, we will help you check in to your property.

Student Card - you will be able to apply for (or collect if you are super organised) your Student Card.  This gives you access to the free University bus, University library and discounts.

Bank Letter - Once registered, we will provide you with a letter you can use to open a bank account.

First two weeks

Campus tour - One of our current or graduated ICP students will show you around the campus. They will show you the library, Student’s Union, lecture buildings and sports grounds.

Student Services Introduction - You will meet a member of the Student Services Team and will receive a brief introduction of who we are and how we can help.

College Director Introduction - the College Director will introduce you to the College and outline our partnership over the next semester and how we will work together to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Events - We have a jam packed event schedule for students in the first two weeks.  From bowling, film nights, sports sessions to shopping in Gunwharf; we have something going on for everyone.

Student Union - The Sabbatical Officers from the University will introduce you to the array of sports, societies, volunteering and media opportunities you can get involved in.
